Our Clinical team is currently made up of three GPs, two Practice Nurse's. Patients can see the practictioner of their choice.

Dr Carol Cooper MA, MB, BChir (Cambridge) MRCP (Female)

Dr Cooper joined Harrow Road Health Centre in 2011. She is an experienced GP, medical writer, and part-time tutor at Imperial College Medical School. Her special interests are child health and rheumatology. She has three grown-up sons, including twins.

Dr Bola Ogunleye MD (Lagos 1989) MBBS (Female)

Dr Ogunleye joined the Harrow Road Health Centre in 2005. Dr Ogunleye has an interest in Women's health and respiratory diseases.

Dr Jonathan Fluxman MD (Johannesburg 1985) MRCGP (Male)

Dr Fluxman took over the Harrow Road Health Centre is 1995. He has been responsible for the Health Centre's growth both in terms of list size and diversity of services from that of a small single handed practice to that of a state of the art health and community centre for local people. Dr Fluxman has a special interest in mental health and substance misuse. Dr Fluxman was also until recently the Chair of the local practice based commissioning cluster.

Dr Arben Rrukaj (MRCGP DFFP)(Male)

Dr Rrukaj joined the Harrow Road Health Centre in 2005. He has a particular in interest in diabetes and hypertension. Dr Rrukaj also has a keen interest in teaching in primary care and has recently joined the London Deanery GP trainers course to enable him to be able to formally teach GP registrars in the future.

Dr Munoree Padayachee JCPTGP,FRACGP (Female)

Dr Padayachee joined the Harrow Road Health Centre in September 2009. She is an experienced GP with an interest in Women's Health and Mental Health

Practice Nurse – Mrs Yoly Akourrih RGN
Our experienced Practice Nurse provides a wide range of Nursing Services including travel vaccinations, dressings, immunisations and injections, removing stitches,ear syringing and stop smoking advice.

Practice Nurse – Ms Carmen Garcia Sanchez RGN
Carmen joined our team in 2007 on a full-time basis and will will be providing a wide range of Nursing Services as well as running our Anti-coagulation service

The Practice Operations Teams

Reception and Administration We pride ourselves in our high standards of training and when you contact or visit the surgery we will offer professional and courteous advice to help you decide what type of service you might need and make any appropriate arrangements for you.

At the front desk you may be greeted by Roula Bittar, Katrina Allen, Margaret Johnson, Tarek Makhlouf or Siobhan Charman; our Reception Team.

Clinical Administration Our Clincial services are co-ordinated by Dr Win who works closely with Dr Flxuman and the rest of the Clinical Team to ensure high quality services and clinical administration. In addition to this, Dr Win is responsible for the accurate recording of all clinical data into patients electronic records.

Business Manager - Dan Redsull

Dan Redsull has worked for health services locally for over 20 years, working in mainly Finance and Commissioning roles for Westminster PCT and its predecessor organisations. He joined Harrow Road Health Centre in early 2002 to work with Dr Fluxman on re-development on the surgery premises and the re-structure and expansion of its health and social care services to meet local need.

Dan also served as the lead Executive Member of the local practice based commissioning cluster from 2006 to 2011.

Asst Practice Manager- Terry Ong

Terry Ong is our Assistant practice manager and his key responsibilities are IT and practice finances. Terry has been with the practice for many years and enjoys watching or playing football.
